With 48 hotels spread across the UK, the Macdonald Hotel Group is one of the country’s largest providers of luxury hotel accommodation.
In 2011, Acoura were asked to work with them to help ensure that the health and safety standards across all of their hotels were consistently high.
Aware that each of their hotels are unique, Acoura first developed a procedures policy with the management team of each location. From here our consultants delivered coaching and supportive audits across the estate, creating action plans for the individual teams to implement to ensure consistently high levels of compliance.
All of this work is underpinned by our innovative web enabled solution for paperless, real time reporting. This platform has supported the group with A&I recording and food complaint management and enables our experts to swiftly and effectively assist with issues when they occur.
