SALSA are recruiting Auditors

The continuing success and growth of the SALSA scheme has led to some exciting opportunities for fresh auditors to join their team in 2015. SALSA now has over 1,100 members with over 860 production sites and growth looks set to continue.
We are currently looking for experienced, self-employed auditors keen to share their knowledge, ‘SALSA style’ with our ‘producer’ members in particular regions of the UK. Although working independently, you will feel very much part of a day-to-day team and there are many opportunities to meet and discuss issues and interests with other SALSA auditors and our Operations staff.
There are also opportunities for successful applicants to extend their role by offering mentoring to SALSA members or working with us in areas such as training/workshop delivery and policymaking.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Registered with the IFST RPFAM as an Auditor
- Have an approved scope that includes as a minimum:
Bakery ~ Dairy Chilled & Frozen ~ Ready to Eat or Heat - Located in the following regions:
North West England
Highlands, Central Scotland
South West England (Dorset/Wiltshire/Somerset)
